Methotrexate 2.5 mg, 5 mg, 7.5 mg & 10 mg strengths are used for cancer treatment generally in higher doses than for other uses. It is used in maintenance therapy in combination with other chemotherapeutic agent.
It is used to treat psoriasis and also used to treat active rheumatoid arthritis in adults and children.
