Dopamine is a neurotransmitter acts on the sympathetic nervous system producing effects such as increased heart rate and blood pressure.
These are clear, practically colorless, aqueous, and offered in 200mg or in 5ml quantities. Dopamine hydrochloride injection is used to treat heart conditions. The medication provides additional pumping strength by stimulating the heart muscle. In some patients it is used for improving kidney blood supply.
